As the Founder and Managing Director of Shift Industrial Supply, Dave brings a unique blend of "big company capability" with "small company service." Since launching the company in 2021, he has focused on solving complex challenges for businesses of all sizes—offering custom solutions, specialized sourcing, and scalable support for both day-to-day needs and long-term strategies.

Prior to founding Shift, Dave spent nearly 22 years at Grainger, where he consistently exceeded growth targets, led large-scale corporate agreements, and was recognized for innovative tools and client success strategies. His brief tenure at Cordstrap further sharpened his ability to drive strategic growth through national partnerships.
